Attorney Ciulla's practice focuses on serving the needs of individuals who have been injured or disabled. He has spent the majority of his professional career helping injured and disabled individuals either in the capacity as a licensed physical therapist or attorney. Prior to becoming an attorney, Attorney Ciulla practiced physical therapy for many years and worked with patients with various musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological, and mental health impairments. He is well versed in medical terminology and is able to effectively review medical documentation. His healthcare background along with his legal training and advocacy skills enable him to provide the highest level of representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries or who have become disabled.

Attorney Ciulla handles personal injury claims as well as SSDI claims.  He handles personal injury and Social Security cases on a contingency basis meaning that attorney's fees are only paid if a clients wins his or her case. He offers free case evaluations including a review of medical records. He provides diligent and personalized representation to increase the likelihood of obtaining  favorable outcomes.  He has appeared in numerous courts throughout Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties.

In addition, Attorney Ciulla has extensive expertise in the areas of estate administration & probate and real estate law.  He represents personal representatives in carrying out their fiduciary duties.  He also represents beneficiaries and heirs of an estate to ensure that they receive their inheritance pursuant to the terms of a last will and testament or the laws of intestacy respectively.  He handles both contested and uncontested estates.  Attorney Ciulla also represents buyers and sellers in real estate closings.  He provides guidance throughout the closing process to ensure that it goes as smooth as possible.
